Join in the **Seniors Week celebrations with me, Kristy Russell, for this 90-minute workshop combining:
Gentle Chi-Kung/Dao Yin movements to stimulate circulation and internal ‘chi’ energy
Body percussion to find your inner beat, rhythmic flow, stimulate brain function
Guided meditation and sound healing for relaxation and stress relief
Engaging in group sing-along to boost mood and social connections
*Light afternoon tea provided

WHO: Anyone with a love of singing or a curiosity to learn—no auditions, no experience needed. Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to join in! (Ages 16+ preferred)
WHAT: A welcoming, non-judgmental space to sing and enjoy music with others. Come as you are!!!
